I am a counselling psychologist with training in psychotherapy and counselling, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions. My approach is empathetic and insight-oriented, supporting clients in understanding their inner experiences and working through distress at their own pace. I have trained at Ehsaas, the psychotherapy clinic at Ambedkar University Delhi, where I worked with clients under supervision and developed skills in reflective listening and emotional support. My work is guided by sensitivity, respect for individual differences, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
