Anita Sharma

I am a licensed Psychologist registered with Singapore and Srilanka Psychology Associations respectively specializing in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related difficulties, emotional dysregulation and challenges in complex relationships. I also have experience with individuals struggling with low self esteem, stress and interpersonal conflicts helping them gain clarity, focus and to deal with healthier coping strategies. Alongside clinical therapy, I conduct psychometric assessments for people in the aviation industry which includes pilots and cabin crew. This has given me strong insights into human behavior under pressure and the importance of mental well being in both personal and professional settings. My therapeutic approach combines CBT principles, trauma informed care and person centered therapy. I usually tailor each session to the individual offering structured yet compassionate support in a safe, confidential and non judgmental way
