Rishi Kapoor

My name is Taruna Kapoor and I am trainee counsellor, being supervised under qualified professionals. I have completed by bachelor’s from Delhi University and pursuing my master’s from Christ University. I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults (18-40 years) experiencing a variety of challenges, including grief, loss, depression, self-esteem, attachment difficulties, inner child wounds, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts and boundary setting. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy along with Somatic Work, Expressive Arts Therapy and using an Existential Lens.
