About

I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with over two years of clinical experience, and I am eager to apply for this remote Therapist role. My approach is naturally client centered because I adapt my methods to suit the unique needs and goals of every individual. Whether I am using CBT to help someone understand the link between their thoughts, emotions and actions or using DBT skills to build self-worth, my focus is always on providing the most effective evidence-based support. I am very experienced in conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised treatment plans. In my current role at a residential rehab center, I manage a busy caseload in a high-pressure environment. This work has made me confident in performing risk assessments and maintaining detailed, confidential clinical documentation. I hold a Master’s degree and have a background in teaching, which helped me develop strong organisational skills and a professional approach to record keeping. Communication is at the heart of what I do. I am an active listener and I pride myself on being empathetic and ethically grounded. Since launching my private practice in April 2025, I have become highly proficient at delivering virtual therapy sessions. I work from a secure home office that ensures total privacy and professional standards for all online work. Beyond individual counseling, I have a strong background in group work. I spent seven years as a personal development coach, where I facilitated workshops and supported people in reaching their personal growth goals. In my current therapeutic role in a residential rehab centre I facilitate on a daily basis group therapy sessions and DBT skills workshops. I also enjoy working with couples and I am bilingual in English and Polish. This allows me to offer culturally sensitive support to a wider range of clients. I currently have over 450 supervised hours and expect to be fully BACP-accredited by the end of this year. My DBS is on the update service, and I am happy to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. I truly value teamwork and look forward to contributing to clinical meetings and professional supervision. My goal is always to provide clients with the practical tools they need to manage their mental health independently and thrive.
