Nayantara Sawhney

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a background in Clinical Psychology and a strong passion for working with children and their families. My academic training and practical experience have helped me develop a deep understanding of child development, behavior, emotional well-being, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Through my work, I have gained experience in psychological assessments, behavioral observations, case history taking, parent counseling, and individualized intervention planning. I enjoy creating meaningful therapeutic connections with children and using child-friendly, play-based, and goal-oriented strategies to support their developmental, emotional, and behavioral growth. My area of interest lies in early intervention, neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional regulation, and school readiness, where I focus on building each child’s strengths while addressing their challenges with empathy and patience. I also strongly value working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic progress. I am committed to continuous learning and to making a positive impact in the lives of children by helping them grow into confident, independent, and emotionally secure individuals.
