Across my work as a therapist/psychologist, I orient myself toward depth, precision, and attunement to the client’s subjective world. My clinical stance is informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking, particularly an interest in how unconscious processes, early relational patterns, and internal conflicts shape present experience. I tend to listen not only to what is said, but to how it is said, including pauses, repetitions, contradictions, and affective shifts, which often guide my interventions. In practice, I work with clients presenting with anxiety, relational difficulties, identity concerns, and existential questions. I aim to create a holding environment where difficult material can emerge without premature interpretation or closure. At the same time, I am not passive; I offer carefully timed reflections and formulations that help clients recognize patterns, especially those they may be enacting within the therapeutic relationship itself. I place strong emphasis on fostering reflective capacity. Rather than providing quick solutions, I support clients in developing a more nuanced understanding of their inner life, which in turn allows for more sustainable change. I am attentive to transference and countertransference dynamics, using them as tools for insight rather than obstacles. Ethically and professionally, I value clarity, boundaries, and accountability. I also remain open to integrating perspectives when clinically appropriate, while maintaining a coherent theoretical grounding. Ultimately, my role is to facilitate a process in which clients can think, feel, and relate differently, both to themselves and to others.
