As a Clinical Psychologist specialized in Neuropsychology, I work at the intersection of (neuro)psychological assessment and psychotherapy to support individuals navigating complex personal and professional transitions, as well as anxiety and mood disorders, including depression. In my practice, I often work with clients experiencing important life transitions, and also with expats, internationally mobile individuals, and neurodivergent clients who are adapting to new environments, cultures, or career paths. These transitions can bring both opportunity and instability, and therapy offers a space to slow down, clarify patterns, and develop direction with greater confidence. My approach combines psychological depth with practical tools, grounded in neuropsychological science, cross-cultural clinical experience, and evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy. The focus is not only on insight, but on translating that understanding into concrete change. When appropriate, neurofeedback may also be integrated as part of a broader therapeutic process. I value keeping the therapeutic space engaged and human. Clients often appreciate the balance of clarity, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working through complexity.
