Ardita Lama

I am a licensed Family and Social Services Professional in Kosovo and a psychotherapist-in-training with an extensive background in trauma-informed care. I'm currently on supervision in the modality of Gestalt Psychotherapy and Positive Psychotherapy. I'm ready to work with clients. My clinical work includes individual, couple, and group therapy for clients navigating relational dynamics, transgenerational trauma, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I support youth and adolescents through programs focused on resilience, emotional intelligence, and recovery from school-based violence.
