Krish Phua

I am a Psychological Counsellor and Certified Sexologist based in Zurich, providing in-person and online therapy to clients across Switzerland and Europe. My work focuses on mental health, addiction, trauma, life transition, intimacy, sexuality as well as couple and family relationships, supporting individuals and partners in navigating identity, expression and relational challenges. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on self-compassion practices and relational frameworks to foster emotional resilience, authenticity and meaningful connection. My practice is grounded in cultural sensitivity, inclusivity and creating a safe and non-judgmental space for diverse identities and lived experiences.
