As a qualified, integrative counsellor I use person centred therapy, whereby I listen and the client talks and in so doing, tend to reach their own conclusions and find their own answers, CBT which asks individuals to keep records of thoughts, feelings actions; journalling etc and the psychodynamic approach, which explores the individual's subconscious, childhood experiences and past relationships to help understand why you act and feel the way you do.
