About

I am a Senior Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, supporting individuals and couples through emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Over the course of my practice, I have worked with 2,500+ clients across India and internationally, helping them regain emotional balance, clarity, and confidence in their lives. I understand that seeking therapy often comes after years of silently coping. My sessions offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can speak openly, feel deeply heard, and begin meaningful change at their own pace. I work primarily with adults, young adults, and adolescents, addressing concerns such as chronic stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, relationship conflicts, attachment patterns, intimacy concerns, and challenges arising from major life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals and individuals navigating complex personal, relational, or work-related pressures. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. Rather than offering generic advice, I tailor each session to the client’s emotional history, current concerns, and personal context. Therapy is experienced as a collaborative process, focused on insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable coping strategies. In addition to individual counselling, I conduct group sessions and workshops on emotional regulation, communication skills, resilience-building, and mental well-being. I have also worked in humanitarian and trauma-focused settings, supporting individuals affected by violence, displacement, abuse, grief, and significant life disruptions—experiences that have deeply informed my clinical sensitivity and ethical practice. Currently, I offer online and offline counselling sessions, working with clients from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds. My focus is on helping clients build emotional stability, healthier relationships, self-awareness, and long-term psychological well-being.
