Hello~I am Darshna Salve psychotherapist. I have 15 years experience in psychotherapy. I have worked in many different settings with individual, couple and families who have variety of issues related to relationship problems, family conflict, parent and child challenge, adjustment to phases of life, depression, anxiety, OCD, stress and grief. childhood and past traumatic experience can interfere with developing meaningful ralationship, managing professional and personal demands. My experience as a clinician has led me to focus on working with and helping my client with eclectic therapy approch. Being psychotherapist I believe caring and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship can help clients gain deeper understanding of themselves, develp more self compassion, prossess painful experience and develop meaningful and matual ralationship.
