As a Counselling Psychologist, I have a Diploma and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (Gold Medalist). I follow an eclectic approach following a trauma informed care and person centered school and integrate Gestalt, ACT, IFS and CBT in my practice. I currently work as a School Counsellor and also have my private practice. I have worked with diverse concerns like anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma.
