About

I specialise in complex and relational trauma, working at depth with survivors of sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse, as well as families navigating high-conflict, breakdown and systemic distress. As an Integrative, Trauma-Informed Systemic Family Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor, my work sits at the intersection of trauma recovery, attachment, and relational systems. I bring clinical rigour, cultural sensitivity and a deeply attuned therapeutic presence to the individuals and families I support. With extensive experience across diverse communities, I work with children, adults, couples and families experiencing trauma, relationship rupture, separation and divorce, co-parenting challenges, addiction, mental health concerns, and self-worth difficulties. My systemic lens allows me to address not only symptoms, but the relational patterns that sustain distress. I also hold specialist certification with Hogrefe in the Administration and Coding of ADOS-2 and ADI-R to Clinical Reliability level, supporting neurodivergence assessment within ethical and evidence-informed frameworks. I maintain Designated Safeguarding Certification, grounding my practice in safety and professional accountability. In addition to therapeutic work, I provide supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors and allied professionals, offering a reflective and development-focused space that supports ethical, sustainable practice. Therapy is available face-to-face, online via secure encrypted platforms, by telephone, and through eco-therapy (walk-and-talk). At the core of my work is a belief that trauma does not define a person — and that with the right relational support, meaningful and lasting change is possible.
