I am licensed Psychometrician and a Wellbeing Coach for 5yrs and 10 months already. Here are the list of my work responsibilities as part of my experience: Counseling Services: Offer confidential, short-term counseling and psychotherapy to employees and their dependents, addressing a variety of personal and work-related issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and family concerns. Assessment and Referral: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the nature and severity of clients' concerns. Make appropriate referrals to specialized services or resources when necessary. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support for employees experiencing crises or critical incidents, such as accidents, violence, or bereavement, to mitigate trauma and aid in their recovery. Telecounseling: Facilitate counseling sessions via telephone or video conferencing to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients, especially in remote or distant locations. Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars for employees and employers on topics related to mental health, stress management, and work-life balance. Outreach and Promotion: Actively engage in marketing and promotion of EAP services, encouraging employees to access support and raising awareness of the program's benefits. Professional Development: Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling and psychotherapy, as well as to maintain relevant licensure and certifications.
