I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate emotional challenges, personal growth, and life transitions. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns. I also support children and teens with behavioral challenges, social difficulties, academic stress, and developmental concerns, including ADHD and autism. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive therapy, and person-centered approaches. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to create a comfortable and engaging environment. I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and develop effective coping skills. I am currently accepting new clients and offer telehealth sessions with limited in-person availability.
