As a Licensed Psychologist with a Master of Science in Psychology, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide evidence-based therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward lasting healing. Drawing from my neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) training as well as other integrative approaches, I offer compassionate, collaborative care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
