Zeenat Sajid Nizami

I am an RCI-registered Rehabilitation Psychologist and Level 2 TEAM-CBT Therapist with experience supporting adolescents and adults across clinical and school settings. My approach is collaborative, structured, and technique-based, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients understand and overcome their difficulties. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural difficulties, relationship and couple issues, and interpersonal challenges. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space while equipping clients with practical tools and skills to create meaningful and lasting change.
