NANDINI NEGI

I am a Psychology professional with a BA in Psychology (Distinction) and a Master's in Counselling Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia. I have experience working as a counsellor with over 480 clinical placement hours across university, community, and telehealth settings. I have supported children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, life transitions, emotional regulation, attachment, and relationship challenges. I provide counselling, intake and psychosocial assessments, case formulation, and safety planning, using evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Feminist, and Narrative therapies. I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic and supportive space where clients can explore, reflect and work toward meaningful change.
