I am a Psychologist and Counselling Specialist with practical experience in clinical and real-world mental health settings. I have worked at Reconnect Clinic (MAX Healthcare) and currently run NEED TO GROW Counselling Centre in Delhi. I work with individuals facing anxiety, stress, overthinking, relationship issues, emotional distress, and behavioral challenges. I also have experience supporting clients with severe mental health conditions like schizophrenia under professional supervision. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered. I focus on helping individuals understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns, so they can develop clarity, emotional balance, and healthier coping strategies.
