I'm a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist helping individuals work on their overthinking, anxiety, trauma, depressed mood, body-image issues and grief. Being certified in IFS, REBT and Expressive Art Therapy helps me integrate an eclectic approach for my clients, having both a trauma-informed as well as a solution-focused lens in my work. Currently I'm also getting trained in Trauma-informed Therapy which will help enhancing my skills as a trauma-informed therapist more. I also design and facilitate workshops on various areas of mental health using art and music.
