About

I am a Counseling Psychologist with extensive experience in workplace mental health, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ support. Currently, I serve full‑time as the Head of the Well‑being & Resiliency team, where I oversee the delivery of a comprehensive well‑being program for more than 2,000 employees. In this role, I lead and manage a diverse team of 22 mental health professionals representing various Asian nationalities, ensuring high‑quality, preventive, and culturally informed mental health support across the organization. My academic background is rooted in LGBTQIA+ research. My master’s thesis, “Lesbian Parenting Experience: An Examination of Cultural Socialization Practices and Child‑Rearing Strategies Amongst Lesbian Mothers in Thailand,” has provided me with deep insights and ongoing opportunities to support the LGBTQIA+ community through both clinical and advocacy work. In addition to workplace counseling, I also work closely with clients facing addiction and substance‑use challenges. My eclectic therapeutic approach allows me to draw from multiple evidence‑based modalities to effectively address co‑morbidities and meet the complex needs of my client population. At the core of my practice is the creation of a safe, trusting, and non‑judgmental environment—one grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to supporting each client’s emotional resilience and personal growth.
