Jayasuria Ravinthiran

As a registered counsellor (KB12919 PA12531) and global health researcher, I bring an integrative and evidence-informed approach to mental health and wellbeing. I have experience working with diverse populations, including vulnerable individuals and community groups, providing individual and group counselling, psychoeducation, and career guidance. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw on established therapeutic frameworks to support clients in managing stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions, while building resilience and self-awareness. Alongside counselling practice, my background in research and program development allows me to design and deliver interventions grounded in evidence and real-world impact. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable change.
