As a psychologist my phd in psychology on the topic ‘ work-family enrichment: An empirical study’ has enabled me to focus on both family & work perspective. So I take counselling sessions focusing child behaviour, parent interactions, family & relationship guidance. Employee mental health, role stress is also the area where I offer counselling using multiple approaches like: positive psychology, CBT etc. I have also served as sports psychologist with ministry of sports & youth affairs, India focusing on performance enhancement of Indian players for both National & International events. My classroom experience of working as an assistant professor in Amity University has helped me solidify my fundamentals of the subject.
