Sarah Roe

I am a fully insured, qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I draw from different therapeutic approaches to suit you, rather than expecting you to fit into one model. My work is grounded in Humanistic approaches that help bring you to understanding your own experiences, patterns, and emotions in a deeper, more connected way. I see therapy as a collaborative process where I bring experience, perspective, and a steady space for you to think and feel safely. People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in cycles they don’t fully understand. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and find ways forward that feel clearer and more manageable. Over time, understanding grows and with understanding, change becomes possible. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a range of people focused corporate roles, which helped me develop a strong sensitivity to emotional wellbeing, pressure, and the ways individuals learn to adapt in order to cope. While my work today is firmly grounded in psychotherapy, these experiences continue to inform my relational and down-to-earth approach.
