I am an RCC providing virtual counselling across British Columbia, working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating IFS, Adlerian, and creative modalities when appropriate. Having lived in multiple countries, I bring a multicultural lens to my work and offer services in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. I am especially interested in supporting clients through accessible, short-term counselling and would value the opportunity to be part of your provider network.
