I graduated in Clinical Psychology and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional and mental health challenges. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I am particularly interested in topics such as anxiety, mood difficulties, identity, and mind-body connection.
