As a therapist, I adopt an integrative approach, primarily drawing from person-centered, narrative, CBT, and transactional analysis frameworks. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology (Life span Counselling) and have certifications in REBT, TA and Robert Carkhuff model of counselling. I value creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and respected. My work is grounded in helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop insight into their thoughts and behaviours, and move toward meaningful change, while always respecting their autonomy and pace in the therapeutic process.
