I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil.) committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health care. My practice addresses a wide range of psychological concerns across adolescents, adults, and couples, with a strong focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space. My approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed interventions, alongside comprehensive psychological assessment and risk evaluation. I believe every individual deserves to feel genuinely heard, and I work collaboratively with clients to support their healing and overall well-being.
