As a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience, I provide individual and couple therapy to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and mental health. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailored to each individual’s needs. I have experience working in both clinical and online settings with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those experiencing high levels of stress, life transitions, and challenging personal circumstances. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. I primarily provide therapy sessions in Arabic, and I can communicate in English when needed. All sessions are conducted online with a strong focus on confidentiality and client comfort.
