Suhail Ghaus

I am a qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist, educated in Denmark, where I was born and raised. Since graduating in 2008 I have worked clinically in Denmark, the UK, the US and beyond. I am a registered member of BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and FaDP, the Danish Association of Psychotherapists, affiliated with the European Association for Psychotherapy. I work from a holistic perspective. That means I see you as more than your thoughts. You are also your body, your spirit and the deeper awareness behind everything you experience. I lecture in psychology at further and higher education level, and I develop my own therapeutic methods and workshops, used today by both private individuals and organisations. I have extensive experience working across cultures and ethnicities, and I work from my client's essence rather than their circumstances. I work with trauma, self-worth, emotional dysregulation, family dynamics, relationship difficulties, existential questions, identity and life transitions, anxiety, grief, burnout and the quiet sense that something important is missing.
