Jaanvi Bhandari

I am a counseling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a strong foundation in both academic and clinical settings. My professional experience includes internships at Fortis Hospital, Chandigarh, where I assisted in diagnosis and therapy planning for multiple clients, and at Asha Child Care & Development Centre, where I worked closely with children on the autism spectrum to support behavior regulation and social skill development. In addition, I have worked as a mental health coach with Coto, providing emotional support and guidance to individuals facing a range of psychological concerns. Currently, I work as a freelance psychology educator, teaching students at the 10+2 and undergraduate levels while also offering counseling services. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, incorporating techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and emotion-focused therapy. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional distress, relationship challenges, and personal growth, while creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for healing.
