As a Counsellor I provide online counseling and emotional wellness support to individuals across diverse age groups and backgrounds. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and workplace challenges through a safe, confidential, and empathetic approach. I use evidence-based techniques such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to support clients in developing healthier coping strategies and improving overall well-being. I also collaborate with corporate EAP programs to promote mental health awareness and employee wellness.
