Psychologist with a relational, trauma-affirmative, and non-pathologising approach to therapy. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, supporting them in navigating relational patterns, emotional experiences, and identity-related concerns. My practice is queer-affirmative, neurodivergent-affirmative, and grounded in a liberation-based lens. I integrate experiential approaches such as IFS-informed work, somatic awareness, and expressive techniques alongside structured therapeutic frameworks.
