I am a rehabilitation psychologist and counsellor. My work experience is almost 4 yrs in a private hospital with offline and online both. I deal all type patients like anxiety, depression, ocd, adjustment issues, social, and family issues, career problem etc. My goal is to help individual for manage their daily problems which affect their mental health and become a healthy and happy person, so that contribute their society. I specialized in psychological assessmens, counselling and intervention as CBT, DBT, MINDFULNESS AND RELAXATION TECHNIQUES.
