Anshita Khatri

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and am currently pursuing an RCI-registered Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling.(concluding- April 2026) I am a Counselling Psychologist with internship experience across clinical and school settings, along with a focused specialization as a Child Counsellor working with children and adolescents (ages 4–18). My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including informed techniques and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I use to understand relational patterns and tailor interventions to individual needs. I work with concerns such as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioural challenges, and adjustment difficulties. I bring a structured yet empathetic approach, with a strong focus on case formulation, therapeutic alliance, and creating psychologically safe spaces. In my work with children, I integrate play-based methods and collaborate closely with parents and schools to ensure holistic care. I am keen to contribute to accessible, youth-focused mental health care at MantraCare.
