Sonakshi Kadwe

Sonakshi Kadwe is a Clinical Psychologist, Counselor, and Art-Based Therapist dedicated to fostering emotional well-being and holistic development across age groups. With extensive experience in school settings, she specializes in individual and group counseling for students and educators, creating safe and expressive spaces for growth and healing. As a Psychology Educator for AS and A-Level (Cambridge 9990), Sonakshi integrates creative and critical thinking into her teaching, making complex psychological concepts engaging and relatable. Her work is deeply rooted in experiential learning, blending art therapy, storytelling, and reflective practices to enhance emotional intelligence and self-awareness. She is also the founder of Equipoise, an initiative focused on mental health and well-being programs, skills training, art therapy, and innovative pedagogies such as story-based learning and customized circle time sessions.
