Dhea Abidah Hanum

I am a psychologist with experience in counseling, psychological assessment, and psychoeducation. My experience in providing psychological support began during my undergraduate training in psychology, where I was involved in assisting counseling activities, assessments, and community-based programs. Since then, I have continued to develop my practice through professional training and hands-on experience working with individuals and communities. In my practice, I commonly support clients who are dealing with anxiety, stress, personal adjustment, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. I also have experience working with children and teenagers who are facing emotional or behavioral challenges, as well as individuals navigating life transitions or interpersonal difficulties. I completed my professional psychology education in Indonesia and have been involved in providing counseling sessions, conducting psychological assessments, and delivering psychoeducational programs. In counseling, I tend to use an integrative approach, often drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and psychoeducational techniques, depending on each client’s needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and can work collaboratively toward better understanding themselves and developing healthier coping strategies.
