I am a warm, gentle and ethically grounded counsellor with experience working with adults, children and young people with various presenting mental health issues. Working relationally with a strong foundation in active listening, empathy, sensitivity and awareness of power and diversity. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where clients from all different backgrounds feel heard, respected, and empowered.
