Kristel Maulhardt

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide integrative therapy tailored to the unique needs of each person. My work includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and a wide range of personal and relational challenges. I use an integrative approach that combines different psychological frameworks, especially humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and client-centered therapy, to create a personalized and meaningful therapeutic process. I also incorporate third-wave approaches, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients not only manage present symptoms but also build self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and personal growth. Throughout my experience, I have worked with diverse individuals facing complex emotional experiences, always aiming to provide a space that is empathetic, practical, and growth-oriented. In addition to therapy, I create psychoeducational content and emotional wellness resources, and I have experience teaching emotional intelligence. I am also currently expanding my clinical training in the treatment of sexual abuse survivors, which continues to strengthen my trauma-informed perspective and therapeutic work.
