As a BACP accredited therapist with over ten years experience, I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space to help people explore relationship difficulties, life transitions and general anxiety and overwhelm. Many of my clients are exploring their own neurodiversity and I have many years as a trainer in Trauma Informed Practice. People come for talking therapies for many different reasons, sometimes when the ways that they have found to cope and manage life stop working, and sometimes due to things beyond their control such as bereavement, childhood adversity or current trauma.
