Hello, I’m Auberon. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, an NCPS Accredited Registrant, and a BACP Member. I offer online and in-person therapy sessions, and my standard session fee is £60. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly about anxiety, relationships, OCD, ADHD, depression, or feeling stuck in life. Before training as a counsellor I worked in creative fields, and I bring a thoughtful and reflective approach to my work with clients. I deliver a warm, respectful and confidential therapeutic space where you can speak openly about whatever you may be experiencing. I work with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, including those who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who are neurodivergent. I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, am an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work in accordance with their ethical frameworks. My approach is integrative, grounded in humanistic therapy and informed by psychodynamic and attachment theory. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful and paced around you. I offer a free 15-minute introductory conversation so you can ask questions and see whether working together feels comfortable for you.
