My therapy practice encompasses the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, stress-related issues. I aim at providing a safe, compassionate, inclusive and non-judgmental space. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy and view client concerns through that lens. I believe change comes from small insightful changes accrued over the course of long term therapy. I am a life member of Bombay Psychiatric Society.
