As a psychotherapist I provide a non-judgmental space to reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment. Together, we can look at your patterns of behaviour and explore where difficult feelings, such as depression, stress, anger, loneliness or anxiety may stem from, leading to fresh perspectives - and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. I work with people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of problems. As a fully-qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist I am accredited by the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists, a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis, and abide by their code of ethics.
