Im a lisenced therapist working from spain. I work in a private practive business I own. My aim is to help adults and teens navigate mental health, providing a professional therapeutic space based on principles and autenticity. I work with population suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, ocd, addiction, and I am certified as a couples therapist. In the recent years I have become increasingly curius and focused on trauma, by noticing its broad impact on all mental health aspects and disorders. I view therapy as an experience, so I try to integrate modalities that I thoroughly believe in. I love working mainly with ACT, Schema Therapy, Humanistic Approaches, and also CBT.
