Ms Puneet Bajwa

I would like to briefly introduce myself. My name is Puneet Kaur Bajwa, and I am a Counseling Psychologist with a professional background in law. I hold a degree in Law and have spent over 14 years in the legal profession. During this time, I served as the Director of my law firm, where I managed the overall functioning of the firm. My responsibilities included administrative management, legal drafting, legal research, compliance matters, hiring staff, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. Later, I pursued Counseling Psychology and completed the course in First Division. Since then, I have been actively working in the mental health field and have conducted one-to-one counseling sessions with individuals dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges. I have also conducted seminars for the Andaman Police, Punjab Police, and Delhi Police on topics such as stress management, alcohol de-addiction, substance abuse awareness, and coping with the demands of working under stressful conditions for long hours. In addition, I have conducted tailor-made seminars in schools for both students and faculty. These sessions were designed based on the specific concerns shared by the schools regarding the challenges faced by their students, and the seminars addressed topics suggested by the institutions. Separate sessions were conducted for students as well as faculty members. I have also conducted workshops in corporate offices focusing on mental health and stress management to help employees maintain emotional well-being and perform effectively in demanding work environments.
