I work with wide range of presenting problems, from mild symptoms of stress, anxiety; low self-esteem; anger; struggles with life transitions; feelings of regret, shame or guilt to more severe forms of emotional distress, difficult early life experience; addictions; depression; unexplained physical symptoms; feelings of emptiness and hopelessness.
