I know how hard it can be to ask for help. It takes incredible courage, and it deserves to be met with genuine, high-quality therapeutic care. With 20 years’ experience supporting a diverse range of clients across different parts of the world, I offer a space that’s safe, private, and truly supportive — a place where you can feel heard and understood. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety and perfectionism. I see perfectionism as the grind between our performance and our expectations — the pressure of feeling we should always be doing more or better. I support clients to work with the energy and resources they have, building self-compassion and more sustainable ways of coping. My practice is grounded in a person-centred, Rogerian approach, and I draw on solution-focused strategies, DBT skills, and NVC to support emotional regulation and clearer communication. I also bring in Jungian ideas, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help deepen self-awareness. Over the years, I’ve developed strong experience in crisis work, restorative practice, and creative therapies, and I’m comfortable working with people of all ages.
