He subsequently completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology through the University of South Africa, with the programme concluding in 2025. His academic training emphasized psychological assessment, psychotherapy, research methodology, ethics, and multicultural competence. Professionally, Mr Ndzimandze has accumulated several years of experience working as a Psychological Counsellor in diverse and high-demand environments. He has provided individual and group-based psychological services at Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), His Majesty’s Correctional Services, Family Health International (FHI360), and the Public Sector HIV/AIDS Coordinating Committee (PSHACC), where he also served in Employee Assistance Programme and communications roles. His work has included mental health screening, crisis intervention, trauma-informed counselling, psychoeducation, wellness programming, and multidisciplinary collaboration. His clinical training includes internship experience as an Intern Psychological Counsellor at Linamandla Medical Center in Mbabane from January to June 2018. He later completed his formal Clinical Psychology internship rotations in South Africa, serving as an Intern Clinical Psychologist at RK Khan Hospital in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, from January to June 2025, and at King Dinuzulu Hospital Complex from July to December 2025. During these placements, he gained supervised experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, formulation, and psychotherapy within hospital-based and specialist mental health services.
