I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have over 200 hours of practicum experience in counselling, psychological assessments, and behavioural therapy. I have worked with individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Developmental Disorders. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, SFBT, and Transactional Analysis, tailored to each individual’s needs.
